Christopher Ackman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Ackman (Onalaska, Wisconsin), who passed away on May 20, 2025 at the age of 29. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Christopher farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Christopher is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his uncle Steve Ackman; his cousin Lindsay Ackman-Grayer; and his grandparents, Doug Ackman and Betty Ackman. He is survived by: his wife Taylor Ackman; his son Koalton Christopher Dean Ackman; his mother Sue Ackman; and his siblings, Bridgett Sanford (Eric) and Dan Ackman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services - Onalaska (907 Sand Lake Road, Onalaska, WI 54650). A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
