He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Haydysch and Sophia Haydysch; his sons, Brian and Barry; his daughter-in-law Beverly; his sister May June Curtis; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Stahl and Arlen Tiede.
He is survived by: his wife Rochelle Lass; his children, Sheila Streit (Dave) and Bret (Mary); his grandchildren, Debbie Crawford, Paula Streit and Frank Streit (Courtney); his siblings, Ken (Lois), Pat Stahl, Nancy Cornelius (Frank), Rose Walgren (George) and Sandra Raske (Ed); and his brother-in-law Ed Curtis. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
