He was predeceased by: his father Robert M. Shafer. He is survived by: his mother Jeannine G. Shafer; his children, Nicole G. Shafer and Conner M. Shafer; his granddaughter Nalani J. Wittenberg; his sisters, Debra Moran (Shafer) and Dawn Koca (Shafer); his nieces, Colleen and Megan Moran; and his pet Hershey. He is also survived by his extended family and countless friends.
