He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvan Baures and Janice Baures (Davidson). He is survived by: his significant other Ronda Waldera (North); his siblings, Tom Baures, Nancy Godden (Tim), Sue Greenwood (Kevin) and Ruth Butterbrodt (Mike); and his caregiver Jeanette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Onalaska American Legion.
