He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy K. Ellis, Sr. and Ellanor B. Ellis; his sister Kathleen "Kicky" Stovall; and his cousin Ed Wilburn Hooker. He is survived by: his wife Michelle J. Plante Ellis of Onalaska, Wisconsin; and his children, Ellanor Andrews Dukes (Shelton) of Birmingham, Kathleen Rebecca Gee (John) of Birmingham, Kenner Caroline Ellis of Cottondale and Angeline Marie Finch (Noah) of Onalaska, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
