He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. and Mary E. Cooper; his siblings, Cheryl and Allen; and his niece Beth.

He is survived by: his significant other Kristi; his daughters, Andrea and Jennifer; his granddaughters, Sophie-Ann, Liliana, McKenna and Joleen; and his siblings, Guy and Linda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
