She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Olson and Gertrude Olson; her husband Edwin Arthur Thrun; her siblings, Joyce Sagen and Ralph Olson; and her siblings-in-law, Earland Sagen, Gary Thrun, Douglas McConaghy, Joan Butner and Marge Olson.
She is survived by: her children, Brady Thrun (Derek Thompson) and Shelly Maas; her grandchildren, Nicholas Thrun (Sara Thrun), Benjamin Thrun, Alexander Thrun and Emily Thrun; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Riste and Carol Thrun. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
