He is survived by: his close friend Heather King; his mother Eileen Johnson; his significant other Heather King; his siblings, Tracy Bjergum, Dan Hall and Travis Hall (Tree Hall); his niece Savannah Johnson; and his nephews, Cody Hall, Nashoba Wilson and Michael Bjergum.
