He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Bissen and Rita Bissen (Horihan). He was also cherished by eleven great-nieces and five great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the The Gathering Place (133 Mason St, Onalaska, WI 54650). A prayer will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
