He is survived by: his daughter Megan Remen (Cody); his grandchildren, Silas and Averie (Susan Lisiecki); his son Luke; his stepdaughter Danielle Ulrich (Scott); and his sibling's children, John Hendrickson (Emily), Robert Donndelinger (Lisa) and Michelle Baier (Brad).
