He is survived by: his parents, Peter Blokhuis and Tina Blokhuis (Stolker); his wife Jill (Winiarski); his children, Alexander M. (Vanessa) of La Crosse, WI and Jada A. of Onalaska, WI.; his grandchildren, Aubri M. and Michael P. Blokhuis; his siblings, Timothy J. Blokhuis (Sara) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Shari L. Berry (Joe) of Tomah, WI.; his mother-in-law Margaret'Jane'Winiarski of Watertown, WI; and his sisters-in-law, Lori Naylor (Joe) of Ixonia, WI and Jodi Allard (Rick) of Fort Atkinson, WI. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
