She was predeceased by: her father Ray Mertes. She is survived by: her mother Peggy Mertes; her significant other Mike Schouweiler; her children, Bradley, Braeden Jacobs and Ashlyn Praxel; and her brother Jared Mertes (Kristin). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
