He is survived by: his half-brothers, Paul Michalko and Frank Chovan (Kay); his sisters, Anne Goben (Lloyd "Buck"), Evlyne Nelson (Dick) and Millie Boggs (Dave); his half-sisters, Ann Skramstad (Vern) and Mary Michalko; his wife Vickie Michalko (Hoverud); his children, William Michalko (Michelle) of Rochester, MN, Joseph Michalko of La Crosse and Molly Breidel (Mark) of Onalaska, WI; and his grandson Xavier Breidel of Onalaska, WI.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
