He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Amalie Shannon Kistner; his daughter Amalia Oleson (Brett) of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.; his grandchildren, Mitchell Oleson (Kim) of Buchanan and Brooke Oleson of Essexville; and his sister Anita Nitzsche of Bloomingdale, Illinois..
