He is survived by: his wife Lila Rose; his children, Linda Carraux (Tom), Karen Allen-Eddy (James), Annie Fiers (Troy), Jeff Rose (Raney) and Laurie Gillespie (Mike); his grandchildren, John, Emily, Alec, Sarah, Sam, Julia, Jamie, Ben, Jesse, Alex, Katlyn, Matt, Lindsay, Chris and Tyler; and his siblings, Steven Sutherland (Diane), Robert Sutherland (Jo) and Sue Pierce.
