He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kerry and Kathleen Kerry; and his wife Delores Kerry (Bartoszewski). He is survived by: his sister Margaret "Babs" Collins; his daughter Colleen Kerry Morris Voll (Ronald); his grandchildren, Kevin Morris, Patrick Morris and Ryan Morris Myers (Kevin); his great grandchild Eamonn; his son Stephen Kerry (Charlene); his grandson Devin Kerry; his great grandchild Mason; his grandchildren, Arielle Kerry (Mitch Roden) and Cody Kerry; his great grandchild Alanna Kerry Talles (Joseph); his grandchildren, Shannon Talles Sennett (Timothy Jr.) and Drake Talles (Angela); and his great grandchildren, Rowan, Delta and Drake Dawson.
