With profound sadness, we say goodbye to William Evans Palmquist of Onalaska, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry William and Gladys Palmquist (Evans); his sister Cleo; and his wife Annette. He is survived by: his son Carl Palmquist (Patty); his niece Suzy Palmquist (Dan); his great-nieces, MaryEllen Anderson (Jeff), Jeanne Hulse (Kurt) and Lisa Dailey (Alan); and his former wives, Dorothy Parker and Karin Minshull. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bill's name to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts or the Friends of Northrup Fund.
