He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Danforth and Eva Schuyler Danforth; and his son Thomas Danforth. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Johns Danforth; his children, Paul Jameson (Virna), Steve Jameson (Cathy), Tanya Wood (Steve), Gerald Danforth Jr. (Chitra) and Patrick Danforth; his stepson Keith Bimosae Johns Herman; his siblings, James Danforth (Joanne) and Joanne Smith (late Bruce Smith); his grandchildren, Alanna, Erin, Fiona, Ronan, Willem, Isobella, Eilish, Mariah, Ciera, John Samantha, William, Gregory, Paul, Kaylah and Analise; and his great grandchildren, Josephine and Amelia.
