He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Clarence and Ella Stout (Skarda); his wife Frances Hatfield; his grandson Tyghler Stout; his great grandchild Jonathan Hoff; his stepson Larry Stone; and his siblings, George Stout (Darlene), Helen Purvis (Scott), John Stout (Garnett) and Genevieve Franks (Louis).
He is survived by: his children, Vivanna Widner (Jerald), Clarence E. Stout and Kathleen Steinhoff (Jeff); his grandchildren, Amanda Hoff (Ronald), Travis Fish (Shawn), Angela Piepenhagen (Ryan), Tony Widner (Nicole), Renae Fortun, Joseph Steinhoff (Heather), Jason Steinhoff (Jamie), Jessica Duffy (Jordan) and Jayme Bahl (Alex); and his sister-in-law Veda Hatfield. He is also survived by 31 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren with one more great grandchild and one great-great grandchild.
