He is survived by: his wife Mona Spohn (Smith); his daughter Casey Oium; his grandchildren, Lawson and Maddie; his daughter Breanna Von Haden (Kyle); his grandchildren, Varic and Owen; his siblings, Diane Huppert, Gloria Nofsinger, David Kaiser (Jeanette) and Dale Spohn (Margie); his siblings-in-law, Renee Kaiser (Harold), Rory Smith (Kathy), Monte Smith (Joan) and Laurie Smith (Colin); and his cousins, Debbie Pickett (Dave), Dennis Wagner (Sam) and Danielle Fuchs (Jim). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
