With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Timothy J. Downing (Ontario, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2025 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his father George Downing; his wife Debra Meacham; his stepfathers, John Shields and Stuart Orr; and his nephew Greg Clark.
He is survived by: his mother Delphine Downing (Dorner) of Ontario; his brothers, Vaughn and Dean Downing (Bev); his nephews, Travis (Anne) and Dustin Downing (Nicole); his aunt Joan Churchill; his cousins, Jim (Paula) and Jolain St (Steve); his buddies, Steve Laufenberg, Ronnie Ehle, Craig King and Bill Dorn; and his stepdaughter Jaimee Perry. He is also survived by three great nieces; two great nephews.
