He is survived by: his wife Judy Mentink; his sons, Brian Mentink of Oostburg and Jeff Mentink (Jessie) of Sheboygan; his daughter-in-law Danielle Mladenov (George) of Mequon; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Elijiah, Malachi, Melchizedek Mentink, Devyn, Gavyn, Bradyn, Jordyn Mentink, Niya, Asia Mentink, Jude, Cecelia, Angelina, Vera and Franklin Mladenov; his brothers, Dean (Sally), Gary (Sherrie) and Craig Mentink (LuAnn); his mother-in-law Betty DeRuyter; and his sisters-in-law, Joanne DeRuyter (Norman), Joy Dempsey (Dick Moths) and Anna Wisse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
