Ivan H. Ver Gowe Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Ivan H. Ver Gowe of Oostburg, Wisconsin. Ivan, born on August 24, 1956, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard D. Gowe and Marjorie A. Jensema Ver Gowe; his sister Mary Ongna; and his parents-in-law, Joe and Jane Reklaitis.
He is survived by: his wife Angie; his children, Andrew Ver Gowe (Laura) of Sheboygan and Andrea Covey (Aaron) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Darren, Michael, Autumn, Ingrid, Walter and Gertrude; and his brother-in-law Phil Ongna of Gibbsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service (1132 Superior Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Jake's (529 Ontario Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081).
A memorial fund for the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice has been established in his name.
