He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard TeStroete and Ruth TeStroete (Veldboom); his parents-in-law, Milford and LaVerne Koppelmann; and his sister-in-law Diane Koehler.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Koppelmann; his daughters, Ann Schneider (Ryan) and Linda TeStroete; his grandchildren, Matthew Schneider (Liliana) and Elizabeth Schneider; his sisters, Judy Lorier (Dan) and Diane Shufflebotham (Jim); and his brothers-in-law, Glenn Koehler and Mark Koppelmann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Reformed Church of Cedar Grove (237 S Main St, Cedar Grove, WI 53013).
