With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Clark of Oregon, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 14, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clark and Mary Clark (Culp); his siblings, Bill Clark, Dan Clark and Patricia Berkan; and his sister-in-law Irene Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Heffron; his children, Fred Jr. (Becki), Steve (Lori), Brad (Deb) and Michelle Bergeland (Eliot); his grandchildren, Bailey Clark, Tanner Clark, Carter Sweet, Grace, Ava, Claire Bergeland and Peyton Clark; his siblings, Jim (Carol), John (Jackie), Dick, Bob (Carol), Tom (Pam) and Mary Kay; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Berkan and Sherri Clark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
