She is survived by: her sons, Gary Wertz (Gail) and Brian Wertz; her grandchildren, Kelly Hagen, Teri Hagen (Ryan Olsson), Keri Williams and John Larkin; her great grandchildren, Xzelia Larkin and Avaleen Williams; and her daughter Patti.
