He is survived by: his mother Susan Stack (Nordhaus); his siblings, Billy Stack (Amy), Patrick Stack (Mandy) and Kathryn Stack; his siblings' children, Autumn, Aidan, Kiera Stack, Owen, Charlotte, Cora Niemann and Josephine Ezarski; his wife Catherine Stack; and his daughter Audrey Stack.
