She is survived by: her husband Kerry Henriksen; her son Mark Sievers (Cindy Schlough); her grandchildren, David Sievers (Jennifer De Leon), Addison Sievers and Emma Sievers; her sister-in-law Kathy Chapelle (Don); and her nephew German.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the UW Carbone Cancer Center for breast cancer research.
