He was predeceased by: his parents, Erving Doty and Selma (Tolzman); his brother Erving Doty Jr.; his parents-in-law, Fred Kohrt Jr. and Bonnie Kohrt; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Montpetit, Jeffrey Kohrt, Betty Doty, Joanne Carlson and Ellen Kohrt.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Kohrt; his children, Denise Dittrich (Scott), DeAnne Doty and Jason Doty (Jessica); his grandchildren, Melissa Dehn (Robert), Andrew Huot, Krystal Dittrich, Anthony Dittrich, Jack Doty, Xavier Doty, MacKenzie Doty and Alexa Doty; his great grandchildren, Stacy, Zoey and Wyatt Dehn; his sisters, Carol Montpetit and Connie Cox; and his siblings-in-law, JilAnne Waddle (Patrick), Stephen Kohrt (Patti) and Michael Kohrt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to family for a non-profit of their choosing.
