He is survived by: his daughter Mindy Havlish (Mike); his grandchildren, Dustin Havlish (Lizz), Tawny Talmadge (Chad) and Kelsey Havlish; his great grandchildren, Elliot, Eden, Silas Havlish, Brooke and Chase Talmadge; his sister Karen Stout (David); his nephews, Simon Jordan (Shawna), Dean Jordan and Craig Frank (Becky); and his niece Cheryl Neilson (Bob).
