She is survived by : her husband Mike Pernaski; her stepson Mike Pernaski (Jill); her grandchildren, Miranda, Michael and Karlee; her sister Julie Schmitz (Howie); her nephew Jeff Schmitz (Jennifer); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Peyton and Logan; her niece Jenny Schmitz (Jill); and her sisters-in-law, Janet Puckett and Joan Olsen.
