He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald "Rocky" Leib and Nina Leib; and his grandparents, Rial, Nina Welch, Joseph and Emma Leib.
He is survived by: his brothers, Steve Leib (Mary Beth), Mike Leib and Rick Leib (Susie); his nieces and nephews, Max (Cassie), Noah, Eric, Adam, Meghan (Tim Holtz), Ben, Josh (Morgan), Emma, Allie and Sammie Leib; and his aunts and uncles, Joey, Dave, Janie Juedes, Rick, Judy Welch, Bill, Peg Welch, Wendy, Bruce Hunter and Janice Mathe.
