She is survived by: her husband William L Welk; her children, Karen Puckett (Dennis), Marjorie Lambert (Leonard), Gerald Welk (Ellen) and Brian Welk (Debra); her grandchildren, Carly Jackson (Kadeem Liggens), Keith Puckett (Jeni Munns), Andrew Puckett (Jamie), Hannah Pulda (Adam), Casey Welk, Jordan Welk (Morgan) and Ethan Welk (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Madysen, Brianna, Brayden, Logan, Avery Puckett, Julian Romero, Kian Swift, Kadeem Swift Jr. and Jadon Pulda; her sisters, Jean Zimbal and Florence Mulvihill; and her children-in-law, Jill Welk and Mickey Jackson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
