He was predeceased by: his parents, Burness Cecil and Dora Cecil (Williams); his brother Bob Cecil; and his in-laws, Dorothy and Cecil Kitchens.
He is survived by: his wife June Cecil; his children, Jeff Cecil, Greg Cecil, Roland Nixon, Kim Green, Shelly Spangler and Kelly Garcia; and his brother John Cecil.
