He is survived by: his wife Mary Beitz; his children, Kirt (Laurie) of Oshkosh, Rebecca Isaacson (Jeff) of North Carolina and Christine Schmidt (Mike) of Florida; his son-in-law Danny Sawisky; his grandchildren, Mandi (Tim), Jesse (Ashlee), Jeremy (Alissa), Casey (Meghan), Luke (Jenny), Jacob, Josh (Nicki), Jon (Melissa), Josiah (Micah), Bryce and Beaux; his great grandchildren, Grant, Levi, Isaac, Haven, Clover, Jayden, Micah, Elian, Isaiah, Judah, Liam, Elodie, Emi, Henley, Sadie, Ivy, Asher, Juni, Wren, Noah and Sophia; his sister-in-law Sindy Schmidt; and his caregivers, Isaiah and Alyssa.
