He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Bonnie; his son Maximillian Burk; and his sister Brenda Burk. He is survived by: his girlfriend Julie Byrne; his children, Spencer Burk (Gabby) and Mariah Carriere (Mike); his grandchildren, Ryker, Benson Burk and Hayden Carriere; his children, Brock and Macy Clark; his sister Beverly McElroy (Steve); his nieces, Megan Apitz (Jim) and Michaela McElroy; his nephew Matthew McElroy; and his pet Finn.
