He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ebsen and Lois Ebsen (Brown); his wife Dorothy Behnke; his brother Lester Ebsen (Evelyn (Huffman) Ebsen); and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Ebsen, Julie Ebsen and Marion Ebsen.
He is survived by: his brothers, Lyle Ebsen and Keith Ebsen; his daughters, Cindy Ebsen and Melanie Stapelmann (Brett); and his grandchildren, Bradley Sheffer (Sarah), Makayla Stapelmann and Jess Maden.
