We bid farewell to Gail Louise McCarthy of Paddock Lake, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 24, 2026 at the age of 89. Gail touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Gustafson and Norma Gustafson; her husband Bob; and her brothers, Warren Gustafson of Sister Bay, Wisconsin and David Gustafson of Western Springs, Illinois..
She is survived by: her brother Steven Gustafson (Helen) of The Villages, Florida; and her children, Bob McCarthy (Cheryl) of Bellingham, Washington, Joan Logan (Don) of Bristol, Wisconsin, Denise Brinkmeyer (John) of St. Louis and Lynn Barklage (Gary) of Lake St. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to public radio station WFMT and Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
