She was predeceased by : her parents, Galdina and Dolores. She is survived by : her sons, Galdino Acosta (Kelly) and Emilio Fileto (Victoria); her siblings, Roberto Acosta and Guadalupe Shanklin; and her nieces and nephews, Maria Dolores Martinez (Felipe), Francisco "Poncho" Lazcano (Cheryl), Ruben Lazcano (Amanda), Juan Lazcano (Valerie), Richard Lazcano (Megan), Silvia Lazcano, Margie DeSandre (Mike), Josie Acosta, Berta Acosta, Roberto Acosta and Jesus Acosta. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
