She was predeceased by: her father Francis Bilicki (Frank); her niece Baby Catherine Strackbein; and her stepfather Stephen Kezman (Steve). She is survived by: her mother Jacquelyn Kezman (Weber) of Eagle; her siblings, Laura Strackbein (Daniel) of Vernon, Joseph Bilicki (Holly) of Brookfield, Gerald Bilicki of Waukesha and Roger Bilicki (Anne) of Mukwonago; her nieces and nephews, Alicia Schuster (Zach), Haley Bilicki, Joe Strackbein (Chas), Kelsey Bilicki, Rob Strackbein (Brittany) and Josh Templeton; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Otto, Loretta, Oliver, Nellie and Miles; her friend Jennifer Bilicki of Waukesha; and her pets, Oak, Tia, Asha, Jameson, Maia, Chicken, Frankie, Ziggy, Jordy and Cash. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Cathy's honor may be made to Hoovers Hause All Dog Rescue or the Southern Kettle Moraine Horse Trails Association.
