He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Osburn and Beverly Osburn (Newell); and his niece Melissa. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Osburn of Palmyra; his children, Tammy Smithwick (Patrick) of Sanford, NC, Dennis Osburn of Palmyra, Robert Osburn (Lindsey) of Waterloo and Kevin Osburn (Amanda) of Pewaukee; his grandchildren, Whitney, Justin (Kaylyn), Cody, Sadie, Jaxon, Julian, Mason, Madeline, Braxton, Waverly and Miley; his great grandchild Millie; and his siblings, Linda Koster (Kurt) of Hartland, Brenda Usher (late Edward) of Waukesha, Jim Osburn (Kathy) of Waukesha, Steve Osburn (Michelle) of Waukesha, Rob Osburn (Paula) of Omro and Billy Krueger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Mukwonago Baptist Church (1610 Honeywell Rd, Mukwonago, WI 53149). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials in Dennis' honor may be made to Mukwonago Baptist Church.
