He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil DeBaets and Kathryn DeBaets (Stabnaw); his wife Judith Schleft; his son Mark DeBaets; and his brothers, Billy, Raymond, Bob, Eugene and Bernard.
He is survived by: his children, Karla Domagalski of Hartford, Michael DeBaets of Illinois and Michelle DeBaets of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Shane, Brandon, April, Tyler, Jonathan, Zachary, Austin, Chase and Breana; and his great grandchildren, Oaklin and Sophia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
