He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sauter and Marion Sauter (Lute); and his sister Debby. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Sauter of Palmyra; and his children, Richard Sauter (Jessica) of Jefferson, Lucas Sauter (Sadie) of Palmyra, Jason Rossbach (Jessica Kusch) of Eagle, Jennelle Aranda (Tony) of Whitewater and Timothy Rossbach (Maria) of Pewaukee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Frank's honor made be made to the AFLAC Children's Cancer Center or to Palmyra United Methodist Church.
