James Noe Obituary

The memory of James Noe (Palmyra, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 29, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Noe and Grace Noe (Colby); and his parents-in-law, John and Katherine Ritter. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Noe Nee-Ritter of LaGrange; his sons, Justin Noe (Michelle) of Genesee and Kevin Noe (Whitney) of North Prairie; his grandchildren, Mary Lynn, Vivian Rose and Malina Anne; and his sister Kathleen Nehm (late Robert) of Green Lake. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
