James Noe Obituary
The memory of James Noe (Palmyra, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 29, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Noe and Grace Noe (Colby); and his parents-in-law, John and Katherine Ritter. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Noe Nee-Ritter of LaGrange; his sons, Justin Noe (Michelle) of Genesee and Kevin Noe (Whitney) of North Prairie; his grandchildren, Mary Lynn, Vivian Rose and Malina Anne; and his sister Kathleen Nehm (late Robert) of Green Lake. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (919 W Main St, Palmyra, WI 53156). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
