He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Thiemer and Tina Thiemer (Grooms) of Palmyra; and his sisters, Beth Crawford (Jaz) of LaCrosse, Danielle Grooms of DePere and Angela Grooms-Chartier of Fort Atkinson. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
