She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonardo Sr. Hernandez and Juanita Hernandez (Marinez); her former husband Leo Joseph Smith; her husband George "Edward" Gaylor; her son Joseph Smith; her siblings, Susan Meidam (Robert) and Leonardo Hernadez Jr.; her sister-in-law Barb Herdandez; and her nephew Christopher Hernandez.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori Sommers; her granddaughter Natalia Sommers; her brothers, Louie Hernandez and Willie Hernandez; and her nephews, Chad, Lance (Crystal), Bobby (Carly) and Craig (Amber). She is also survived by brothers and sister, then parents, then husband and daughter, nieces and nephews.
