With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Albert Ludwig (Pardeeville, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ludwig and Marie Martha Ludwig (Meyer); his son Gary Ludwig; his stepson Carl Erdmann; and his grandson Jacob Ludwig.

He is survived by: his wife Thyra Jean Hart; his children, Deanne Sasak (John) and Todd Ludwig; his grandchildren, April Yonkie (Jeremy), Russell Ludwig, Aaron Ludwig, Nicole Tindell (Eric), Joshua Ludwig, Ashley Amherdt (Tyler) and Liberty Rose Ludwig; his stepchildren, Roger Erdmann (Linda), Veronica Erdmann, Adam Erdmann (Cassandra) and Roy Erdmann (Nicole); his former wife Peggy Gray; Mindy (Carl). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and many step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
