He was predeceased by : his parents, Otto Richter and Edna Richter (Reichardt); his daughter Janell; his granddaughter Jessica Helmbreck; and his siblings, Doris Spender (Frank), Dorothy Wergin, Otto Jr. (Margie), Eugene (Delores) and Robert Richter.
He is survived by : his wife Sharon Richter (Kamrath); his children, John Richter (Valerie) of Bruce, Jackie Vande Hey (Jereme) of Fall River and Jolene Wheeler (Brett) of Poynette; his grandchildren, Jenna, Joceline Helmbreck, Maverick, Manning Wheeler, Alexa and Jack Richter; his sister Judy Zimmerman (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Kamrath (Carol) and Karen Richter. He is also survived by other relatives, and many wonderful friends.
