She was predeceased by: her father Ben O'Brien; her husband Keith Karow of Pardeeville; her mother Mary O'Brien Mineral Point; her siblings, Francis O'Brien (Leecha), Paul O'Brien (Donna) of Sturtevant, WI, Harold O'Brien (Florence) of Sturtevant, WI, Mike O'Brien (Rita) of Lake Tomahawk, WI, Lawrence O'Brien (Janet) of Elkhorn, WI, Jean Stopper (Phil) of Baraboo, WI, Joan Carey (Del) of Mineral Point, WI., Donald, Melvin and Judy; her in-laws, Howard and Thelma Karow; and her siblings-in-law, Donna O'Brien, Rita O'Brien, Phil Stopper and Del Carey.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert O'Brien (Kathi) of Portage, WI and Scott Karow (Stacey) of Wind Lake, WI.; her grandchildren, Emma, Ben O'Brien of Portage, WI, Skylar, Sawyer and Sadie Karow of Wind Lake, WI; and her brother Patrick Gary O'Brien (Betty) of Mesa, AZ..

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Faustina Catholic Church (318 S Main St, Pardeeville, WI 53954). A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at the Pardeeville Cemetery (211 Riverview Dr, Pardeeville, WI 53954).

Memorials can be made to her family or St Jude Children's Research Hospital or American Family Children's Hospital that she supported for many years.
