He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Hoefferle and Margaret Hoefferle (Koller); his siblings, Marge Leitl (Don), Shirley Bourgard (Gerald), Fred, Clarence, Gerry (Debbie) and Betty Hoefferle; and his brother-in-law Roger Moller.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Wohlleben; his daughters, Marie Lee (Dan) of Park Falls and Sandy LaViolette (Dave) of Ripon; his grandchildren, Rachel Abernathy (Dylan), Ben Lee (Isabella), Garrison LaViolette (Maya), Lauren, Derrek and Spencer LaViolette; his great grandchild Dewey Lee; his siblings, Rudy Hoefferle (Lucy) of Missouri and Nancy Moller of Park Falls; and his sister-in-law Pat Hoefferle of Park Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the American Legion 274 N 3rd (274 N 3rd Ave, Park Falls, WI 54552). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Park Falls American Legion Hall (274 N 3rd Ave, Park Falls, WI 54552).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Price Ice or the Flambeau Area Sportsman's Club.
